History
CRG Construction began over 35 years ago in California, building and remodeling homes under the leadership of Charles Gross Sr. His two sons were introduced to the trade early, often joining him on job sites. Chad, the younger son, worked alongside his father for many years before pursuing another career. In December 2023, CRG relocated to Tennessee, preparing for the next chapter of growth. Since starting projects in September 2024, the company has completed several jobs with satisfied customers. Charles Jr. has now joined the company, continuing the family legacy of quality craftsmanship and dedication to client satisfaction.
